CLASSIFIED / OSHA 1910.268 (g) (2) (1) -(ii) / 474S / SAFETY STRAP MAY BE USED ON ONE DEE RING / Bell System 22 / 5-83 RIGHT E / BUCKINGHAM MFG. CO.. INC. Waist size looks to be 32-40. If you have a bigger belly like me, you should add a couple of inches since it is a wide belt. In good used condition for its age with normal age and use wear. Comes as shown in the photos.
