    Description

    Van Loan @ Ennis-Mid 1840's 1/6th Plate Daguerreotype of a Pretty Lady! Nice!!. Very attractive lady sitting in an elaborate high back chair. Her arm rests on a small table with a vase of flowers. There is a strange orb of light to the left of her face. Nothing to do with the pictures that I took. Case spine has been repaired with a piece of strong fabric. View pics for condition. There are a few very faint hairline wipe marks on the daguerreotype plate itself. Clarity is still wonderful. Case closes, opens and latches well. Latch is tight. I have never taken the daguerreotype out of it's case. Back of case is blank, no designs. Shipped Priority Mail in a strong, sturdy box with utmost care used in packaging. Shipped same day as payment clears. If you have any questions, please ask!!! Offers accepted!!!
