This is a Universal Carry Strap, perfect for yoga mats or even skateboards.  Please look at the last couple pictures.  I have my son-in-laws Rip Stick on the strap, one is just on my shoulder, the other is crossbody.  This would be perfect for skateboards and kids, an easy way for them to carry their boards.
It is made with 1 1/2" black poly webbing (like backpack strap) with 1 1/2" ribbon sewn to one side of the webbing.  It is sewn down each edge of the ribbon to secure the ribbon to the webbing.  There are 2 rectangle metal rings on each end to create a slip loop to carry just about anything you can loop it around.
The over all length is about 69" long perfect to go over the shoulder or crossbody to carry your mat or skateboard.
I can make it a different length if you need it.
