    Description

    This is an original broadside advertising E. S. Hayden an itinerant Daguerreotype artist.  It is assumed he was based in Waterbury, CT as that is where it was printed.  Also, Hiram Hayden who worked for Scovill was from Waterbury and then later he was with Holmes, Booth, & Hayden with Henry Hayden.  They have to be related.  The broadside measures 12 x 10 inches.  There is a small tear in the margin but not on the lettering.
