Near mint.Illinois Watch Case Company Compact. Condition is "New with defects". Shipped with USPS First Class. This compact is in overall great shape, near mint. There are little to know scratches, some minor tarnishing of the metal. Some areas seem to have been untouched the paperwork seems mint. The watch is a Weldwood. The watch will wind and the hands will move, no ticking though. This is a really nice piece with packaging and paperwork. The box in which it came has some peeling of the foil. USA only. As is.
