Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the item is faulty or totally not as described. Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Due to hygiene issues, usable items can only be returned if they have not been used unless faulty.
Sent through Economy postal services (unless other method chosen) within 1 working day of payment received. Items are packed securely and normally sent within 24-hours from confirmation of payment Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
