    Description

    Her face is sharp; she didn’t flinch while having her daguerreotype made. And she gives us her full attention. She wears some interesting jewelry, especially the bracelet (or is it a watch?). As lovely as her dress is, we keep returning to her face.
    SIZE. Sixth plate.
    HOUSING. Half case is a little loose at upper left corner. Worn and discolored.
    CONDITION. Small wipe at 3:00, and another small wipe at 9:00. Some faint black lines from her mouth to her chest. Modern seals (not by us).
    APPEARANCE. Bright image. Excellent contrast.
