Original American Flyer from 1952 only.  Looks close to new, fully intact, no rust. Patina & lettering very nice and bright. Cleaned and ready to go. May have a few small push rub marks on the edges, but overall looks close to new.  Hard to find in this top condition. Collector quality. Reduced shipping cost for multiple items. Outside continental US, buyer pays actual postage.
Most of the 1952 American Flyer buildings made by Minicraft fell apart due to bad glue that was used that year. This one though is not only fully intact, it is also in close to new condition. It has the two-part door and windows and the unbordered sign which identifies it as a 1952 version. All signs and parts look good and are all original.  Even the silver parts are nice [unusual.]. The patina is exceptional.  The roof and the building look perfect.  We did though find a mark or two on the base, but they are hardly noticable.  Maybe one of the nicer ones that we have seen. Overall, a nice and rare addition to any collection. Please see photos to confirm condition.
