    Biography of Playwright:
    He was born on November 27, 1874 in Cleveland
    He Served in the 1st Ohio Calvary as a Private and was a veteran of the Spanish American War.
    He was married to actress Charlotte Walker in 1908 in Cincinnati, but the marriage ended in divorce in October 1923,
    when he secretly married Mary Kissel in Mexico. She was a New York artists' model.
    He died on September 26, 1941 of cancer in Hollywood
    and was buried at the Los Angeles National Cemetery

    Condition
    :  This used poster is in poor condition.  It appears to be rubber cemented to a piece of cardboard and the wrapped in very heavy plastic.   It is showing very significant signs of wear include bends, tears, torn corns color fading, paper loss, staining, pin holes, fold separations, tape, tape stains, signs of aged paper and is in need of restoration.
