    DESCRIPTION: Here is a 1/6th plate daguerreotype of a attractive woman in a fine, print dress with fringe. Her elbow leans on a table with a paisley cover. It comes with a handwritten slip that reads " MOTHER'S SISTER--MARY GERMOND" .
    This came with another dag we have listed right now that had the  name of the photographers  penciled inside--COOK & HABES (?)-DAGUERREAN ARTISTS---NEW YORK.
    Note--this one has no markings inside but the hand written ID slip is the same paper and handwriting as the other dag. Same family?
    It is complete with full leather case and the glass has been carefully cleaned.
    MEASUREMENTS: 3 1/2" tall case.
    CONDITION: Good condition as seen. Nice tones and focus to this beautiful dag.  Original case hinge  is separated-split.
